Stephanie Kawasaki brings fresh ideas and creative vision that supports inclusive and engaging environments. 

She retired from the federal government Department of Defense and was awarded the Presidential Letter of Appreciation culminating a 30-year career; served as a contract specialist, management and systems analyst (certified as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and strategic business planner).

She excelled in facilitating teams through complex challenges, often related to communication and personalities. She developed strategies that helped people discover and embrace their communication styles, unique value, and positively influence their teams.

Her commitment to inspiring others led to the establishment of Hope Inspired Solutions, where she conducts transformative team workshops, facilitate groups to help them achieve their goals,  and serves as an inspirational speaker. She holds certifications as a Maxwell Leadership Trainer, where she imparts value-based leadership principles and practical tools to shape servant leaders, and as a certified advisor proficient in the Fascination Advantage® System, aiding individuals in understanding their unique communication styles and aligning them with their career choices.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Stephanie volunteers as a career coach, supporting young adult women in achieving their professional goals. She's a two-time international best-selling author, member of the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters, and Women Speakers Association. 

As an onscreen actor known as "Steff," she values the creative art of acting and enjoys an active lifestyle, making memories with family, friends, and her golden retrievers, Mozart and Sydney.
